Our roommate is moving out this year and we need to find a replacement for her room.
The apartment is on Waterloo street. It does not come with facilities however what is great about this place is the location and it is pretty big apartment
It is 1 minute walk to Bras Basah MRT station, Circle Line.
If you prefer to take a cab to work, there is a taxi stand nearby, and there is cab there pretty much all the time, even during rainy days.
The apartment is near the Singapore Art Museum and the National Art Museum.
There are many buses that go into town.
Dhobby Ghaut and Bugis are walking distance away.
Currently there are two of us living in this house. We are all working professional in the advertising and marketing industry respectively.
You would probably see very little of us as we tend to work very long hours.
You will have to share the bathroom, but it is only used by one other person.
There is helper who comes in every two weeks to clean the place, that will part of the utilities cost.
There is WI-FI.
You can cook, and there is washer and we are getting a dryer in the new year from the landlord.
In order to keep the rent down, we have signed a two years lease, so if you are keen to take on the place, you will need to be able to provide two months deposit along with rent for first month.
Understandably signing for two years feels alot, however what we can do is if at the end of the first year you are keen to move out, you will just have to find a replacement for the room and we can return your deposit.
We are pretty easy going bunch, we just need someone to be clean and takes care of the place.
You can have guests over.
Expected move in date - 17 Dec or later
